Unique in Switzerland, the rest\u00d4bistro operation aims to support a sector that has been suffering since March 2020 by offering discount coupons of 15% and 25%. This action, launched in collaboration with GastroFribourg, invites the population of Fribourg to support its restaurants. In particular, the government wishes to thank young people for their efforts during the pandemic. As such they will be able to benefit from an additional 10% discount (25% instead of 15%). Nearly 900 establishments in the canton are concerned by this measure. The vouchers will be available from 22 October 2021 on the kariyon.ch platform. This measure, rarely used in Switzerland, demonstrates the willingness of the cantonal authorities to support an important sector such as the restaurant industry during the current health crisis.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-18599 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.promfr.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/logo_restObistro-300x76.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"76\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.promfr.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/logo_restObistro-300x76.png 300w, https:\/\/www.promfr.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/logo_restObistro.png 465w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les actions Kariyon I et II, initi\u00e9es dans le cadre des mesures d\u2019urgence et du plan de relance, ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 17 millions, respectivement 15 millions de francs de retomb\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques. Fort de cette r\u00e9ussite et de la contribution positive de la population fribourgeoise \u00e0 ces d\u00e9marches, une nouvelle mesure vient en soutien au secteur de la gastronomie. Touch\u00e9e de plein fouet par des contraintes sanitaires successives, la restauration repr\u00e9sente un acteur \u00e9conomique important du canton avec un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 45 millions de francs par mois.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le concours de GastroFribourg, l\u2019Etat de Fribourg lance vendredi 22\u00a0octobre l\u2019op\u00e9ration d\u00e9nomm\u00e9e rest\u00d4bistro, une premi\u00e8re en Suisse. Les 3 millions de francs allou\u00e9s \u00e0 cette action, \u2013 puis\u00e9s dans le plan de relance \u2013 doivent permettre d\u2019atteindre un effet de levier de 12 millions de francs, sans tenir compte des retomb\u00e9es dites induites. Le syst\u00e8me se veut solidaire et \u00e9quitable pour tous les \u00e9tablissements publics. En effet, les 900 restaurants \u00e9ligibles peuvent g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des bons d\u2019achats de mani\u00e8re proportionnelle \u00e0 leur chiffre d\u2019affaires. Afin de profiter de l\u2019action, les restaurateurs sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019inscrire sans frais sur la plateforme kariyon.ch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>15 et 25% de rabais selon l\u2019\u00e2ge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019op\u00e9ration cible en priorit\u00e9 les jeunes avec\u00a0<strong>un rabais de 25% accord\u00e9 aux 16 \u2013 25 ans<\/strong>. Cette tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge, au nombre de 42&#8217;000 dans le canton, m\u00e9rite une reconnaissance pour sa r\u00e9silience et son attitude responsable pendant la p\u00e9riode de la pand\u00e9mie.\u00a0<strong>D\u00e8s 26 ans<\/strong>, les clients b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019<strong>un<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>rabais de 15%<\/strong>\u00a0sur le restaurant de leur choix. Les bons sont d\u00e9livr\u00e9s via la plateforme\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kariyon.ch\/\">kariyon.ch<\/a>, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un montant d\u2019achats de 700 francs par compte client. L\u2019op\u00e9ration rest\u00d4bistro se poursuivra jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9puisement du montant allou\u00e9.<br \/>\nCette nouvelle mesure a \u00e9galement pour objectif de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des flux de tr\u00e9sorerie rapides et simples pour les restaurateurs, les montants des bons d\u2019achats \u00e9tant revers\u00e9s au restaurateur au moment de l\u2019achat par le client. De plus, et au m\u00eame titre que les deux actions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, les frais de transactions sont pris enti\u00e8rement en charge par l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n<p>La mise en circulation de milliers de bons d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 la restauration doit inciter les Fribourgeoises et les Fribourgeois \u00e0 retrouver leurs habitudes d\u2019avant la Covid-19.
